As Covid-19 continues to spread rapidly, we at Active Office Mover Inc. continue to tweak and improve our measures as we become aware of new rules and regulations. We are monitoring the situation closely and will periodically update company guidelines based on current recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, the World Health Organization, Peel Public Health, and Public Health Ontario. Our staff members are routinely reminded about maintaining safety procedures and are provided with the PPE tools necessary to curb the spread of Covid-19 in the workplace.
Office Decommissioning
During these trying times, we at Active Office Mover Inc. have implemented some of the following procedural precautions in our effort to fight the spread of Covid-19:
- COVID-19 screening of staff each day
- Providing essential PPE for our staff
- Disinfecting the entire decommission area before commencement of work
- Staggering of crews to limit cross-crew interactions
- Implementation of Sanitization stations at every jobsite
- Daily sanitization of our fleet (trucks & vans)
- Physical distancing at minimum 6ft and mandatory mask wearing at all times
Office Relocation and Installation
With the new restrictions and the growing severity of Covid-19, we pay special attention to the way our service is carried out in order to maintain our high standards of service along with ensuring the protection of our staff and clients. As such, our new relocation/installation procedures include the following:
- Proper PPE worn at all time by our staff
- Limiting the number of on site staff (depending on size of office space)
- Daily COVID-19 screening
- Maintaining our social distancing parameters
